SINOPSE
Ambientado no Porto Rico do futuro, o filme acompanha a jornada de Zur’na para resgatar seu irmão sequestrado pelas forças coloniais dos EUA, revelando, ao longo do caminho, um sistema que oprime seu povo, com a companhia de seu vizinho tagarela, Vyeñu. Selecionado para o Festival de Rotterdam.
Set in future Puerto Rico, follows Zur’na’s quest to rescue her kidnapped brother from US colonial forces, unveiling a system oppressing her people along the way, accompanied by talkative neighbor Vyeñu.

OMAR RODRÍGUEZ-LOPEZ
Omar Alfredo Rodríguez-López (nascido em 1 de setembro de 1975) é um guitarrista, compositor, produtor musical e cineasta porto-riquenho. É integrante em diversas bandas relevantes incluindo The Mars Volta, At the Drive-In, Antemasque e Bosnian Rainbows. Seus filmes foram exibidos em diversos festivais pelo mundo. Lua Rosa é seu quarto longa-metragem.
Omar Alfredo Rodríguez-López (born September 1, 1975) is a Puerto Rican guitarist, songwriter, music producer, and filmmaker. He is a member of several prominent bands in the rock scene, including The Mars Volta, At the Drive-In, Antemasque, and Bosnian Rainbows. His films have been screened at numerous festivals around the world. Luna Rosa is his fourth feature film.
