SINOPSE
Ambientado na Porto Rico do futuro, o filme acompanha a jornada de Zur’na para resgatar seu irmão sequestrado por forças coloniais dos EUA, enquanto revela um sistema que oprime seu povo, acompanhada pelo falante vizinho Vyeñu.
Set in a future Puerto Rico, the film follows Zur’na’s journey to rescue her brother, who has been kidnapped by U.S. colonial forces, while exposing a system that oppresses her people, accompanied by her talkative neighbor Vyeñu.

OMAR RODRÍGUEZ-LOPEZ
Omar Rodríguez-López é um guitarrista, compositor, produtor musical e cineasta porto-riquenho. Fundou ou integrou várias bandas, incluindo o The Mars Volta, At the Drive-In, Antemasque e Bosnian Rainbows. Seus filmes foram exibidos em diversos festivais pelo mundo. "Lua Rosa" é seu quarto longa-metragem.
Omar Rodríguez-López is a Puerto Rican guitarist, songwriter, music producer, and filmmaker. He has founded or been a member of several bands, including The Mars Volta, At the Drive-In, Antemasque, and Bosnian Rainbows. His films have been screened at numerous festivals around the world. “Luna Rosa” is his fourth feature film.
