SINOPSE
Quais cores o substituem?
Local Color documents the daily life of people who live, work, visit and play in Hanoi. Once the central city of America’s most elusive enemy during the Cold War, the film asks what is to become of the red that once brought the western world to its knees? Where is it fading? What colors replace it? Who will be responsible moving forward? It is a film about labor and leisure. A film about the past, the present and the future. A film about a city and its people. It’s a film about Hanoi, Vietnam.
