Cineasta e artista nascido em São Paulo, Brasil. Seus filmes criam e habitam mundos alternativos que misturam as fronteiras entre documentário e ficção, desafiando as estruturas narrativas convencionais.  Seus filmes foram exibidos internacionalmente em festivais de cinema como Toronto, Roterdã, Nova York, Viennale, BFI Londres, Mostra de São Paulo, Mar del Plata, Slamdance, Edimburgo, IndieLisboa, Oberhausen, Nouveau Cinéma, RIDM, True/False, Melbourne, FICUNAM, Underdox, Prismatic Ground e Media City, entre outros…  Seu trabalho já foi apresentado em centros de arte como o MAM do Rio de Janeiro, o REDCAT, o CCCB e o Wexner Center for the Arts. Realizou exposições individuais na Galeria Mola, em Portugal, e no Spectacle Theater, em Nova York. Alguns de seus filmes fazem parte dos acervos da Cinemateca do MAM do Rio de Janeiro, do UCLA Film & Television Archive, da Biblioteca James Baldwin em MacDowell e da The Film-Makers’ Coop. em Nova York.  É bacharel e mestre em cinema pelo California Institute of the Arts, foi nomeado uma das “25 Novas Faces do Cinema Independente” pela revista Filmmaker Magazine, é bolsista do Sundance Institute e, em 2025, recebeu a bolsa MacDowell. Seu trabalho já foi destaque em publicações como ARTFORUM, Filmmaker Magazine, MUBI Notebook, Senses of Cinema, Cineuropa, Talking Shorts e InReview Online. 

Filmmaker and artist born in São Paulo, Brazil. His films create and inhabit alternative worlds that blur the lines between documentary and fiction, challenging conventional narrative structures.  His films have been screened internationally at film festivals such as Toronto, Rotterdam, New York, Viennale, BFI London, Mostra de São Paulo, Mar del Plata, Slamdance, Edinburgh, IndieLisboa, Oberhausen, Nouveau Cinéma, RIDM, True/False, Melbourne, FICUNAM, Underdox, Prismatic Ground, and Media City, among others…  Her work has been presented at art centers such as the MAM in Rio de Janeiro, REDCAT, the CCCB, and the Wexner Center for the Arts. She has held solo exhibitions at Galeria Mola in Portugal and at the Spectacle Theater in New York. Some of his films are part of the collections of the MAM Film Archive in Rio de Janeiro, the UCLA Film & Television Archive, the James Baldwin Library at MacDowell, and The Film-Makers’ Coop. in New York.  He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in film from the California Institute of the Arts, was named one of the “25 New Faces of Independent Film” by Filmmaker Magazine, is a Sundance Institute fellow, and, in 2025, received the MacDowell Fellowship.
