Guto Parente (1983) nasceu em Fortaleza, Ceará. De 2008 a 2016 foi membro do coletivo e produtora Alumbramento; em 2012 tornou-se sócio da produtora Tardo Filmes, fundada por Ticiana Augusto Lima. Ao longo de sua carreira realizou 8 longas e 7 curtas, que tiveram exibições em importantes festivais internacionais como Locarno, Rotterdam, Bafici, BFI, AFI, Viennale, FidMarseille; premiados em importantes festivais nacionais como Tiradentes, Festival do Rio, Janela do Recife e Olhar de Cinema. Uirá dos Reis é um artista multidisciplinar brasileiro residente em Fortaleza, Ceará, com vinte discos lançados de forma independente, cinco livros de poemas, mais de trinta trilhas sonoras para cinema, teatro, dança e instalações artísticas, além de diversas participações no cinema como ator. Recebeu o prêmio de melhor trilha sonora original no 44º Festival de Havana (Cuba) por seu trabalho em "Estranho Caminho" (2023) de Guto Parente, melhor ator coadjuvante no 51º Festival de Brasília do Cinema Brasileiro por sua atuação no curta-metragem "Plano Controle” (2018) de Juliana Antunes, melhor filme na edição 2014 do Rio Festival Gay de Cinema com o longa-metragem "Doce Amianto" (2013) e melhor trilha sonora original no 20º Cine Ceará junto com Luiz Pretti por seu trabalho no longa-metragem "Estrada Para Ythaca" (2010) de Guto Parente, Luiz Pretti, Pedro Diógenes e Ricardo Pretti.

Guto Parente (1983) was born in Fortaleza, Ceará. From 2008 to 2016, he was a member of the Alumbramento collective and production company; in 2012, he became a partner in the Tardo Filmes production company, founded by Ticiana Augusto Lima. Throughout his career, he has directed eight feature films and seven short films, which have been screened at major international festivals such as Locarno, Rotterdam, Bafici, BFI, AFI, Viennale, and FidMarseille; they have also won awards at important national festivals such as Tiradentes, Festival do Rio, Janela do Recife, and Olhar de Cinema. Uirá dos Reis is a Brazilian multidisciplinary artist living in Fortaleza, Ceará, with twenty independently released albums, five books of poetry, more than thirty soundtracks for film, theater, dance, and art installations, as well as several film appearances as an actor. He received the award for best original soundtrack at the 44th Havana Film Festival (Cuba) for his work on Guto Parente's “Estranho Caminho” (2023), best supporting actor at the 51st Brasília Brazilian Film Festival for his performance in Juliana Antunes' short film “Plano Controle” (2018), best film at the 2014 Rio Gay Film Festival with the feature film “Doce Amianto” (2013) and best original soundtrack at the 20th Cine Ceará together with Luiz Pretti for his work on the feature film “Estrada Para Ythaca” (2010) by Guto Parente, Luiz Pretti, Pedro Diógenes, and Ricardo Pretti.
