Gabraz Sanna é um cineasta cujo trabalho transita entre o cinema direto e o experimental, com foco no diálogo entre diferentes linguagens artísticas. Seus filmes foram exibidos em festivais e museus em todo o mundo. Como ex-estudante de literatura, fez seus primeiros filmes completos como retratos de dois importantes escritores da língua portuguesa: Manoel de Barros e Maria Gabriela Llansol. Sanna colaborou com artistas como Maria Bethânia, Caetano Veloso, Tantão, Digitaria, Sara Não tem Nome, Felappi Montparnasse e Tindersticks. Gabraz Sanna is a Brazilian filmmaker whose work moves between direct and experimental cinema, focusing on the dialogue between different artistic languages. His films have been shown at festivals and museums around the world. As a former literature student, he made his first full-length films as portraits of two important writers in the Portuguese language: Manoel de Barros and Maria Gabriela Llansol. Sanna has collaborated with artists such as Maria Bethânia, Caetano Veloso, Tantão, Digitaria, Sara Não tem Nome, Felappi Montparnasse, and Tindersticks. Following Ruína (2015) and Eu sou o Rio (with Anne Santos,2017), this is his third participation in Forum Expanded.
