Karl, um astrônomo austríaco de 70 anos, está em uma encruzilhada na vida e no trabalho. Depois de uma conferência na Grécia, ele decide não voltar para casa e se dirige a uma pequena ilha na esperança de encontrar um céu escuro o suficiente para se reconectar com as estrelas. Seleção do Festival de Nova York e Visions du Reel.

Karl, a 70-year-old Austrian astronomer, is at a crossroads in life and work. After a conference in Greece, he decides not to return home and heads for a small island in hopes of finding a sky dark enough to reconnect with the stars. NYFF and Visions du Reel official selection.

Jem Alan Cohen é um cineasta americano nascido no Afeganistão que mora na cidade de Nova York. Cohen é especialmente conhecido por seus retratos observacionais de paisagens urbanas, mistura de formatos de mídia e colaborações com músicos como Patti Smith e Fugazi.
