The memory of Brazil's victory in the 1994 World Cup serves as a trigger for an anthology of the 1990s, its culture and politics, in the context of the end of the Cold War. It recaptures images that were broadcast on television during that period and became part of the collective memory of an entire generation.

Como realizador, cruza referências do documentário autobiográfico, glitch e videoarte, com filmes exibidos em festivais como DocLisboa, True/False (EUA) e Uppsala ISFF (Suécia).
